We're named for Kalamalka — you already know the lake. From a place this beautiful, cutting corners was never an option.

Old techniques, new ideas.

The methods are traditional: 48-hour ferments, viennoiserie folded by hand, everything from scratch. What we add is ours — modern flavours, modern design, a bakery that feels like today.
